Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer support within the assigned territory. The role includes prospecting new customers, managing existing accounts, collecting payments, coordinating with internal departments, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Visit existing and prospective customers according to the sales plan.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote and sell the company's products to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team regarding invoices, payments, collections, and customer accounts.
  • Collect customer payments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage the stock and products assigned and ensure accurate records.
  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Identify and report issues related to products, quality, pricing, quantities, deliveries, or financial matters, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Dental Technician Business, Marketing, Dentistry, Medical Sciences, or a related field  .
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical, dental, or healthcare sector.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
